What if I already have a website?: Paste your URL in onboarding — we'll import the content and styling, then rebuild it on our platform. You keep using your domain. Your old host can be cancelled once you're happy.
Do I lose control over my site?: No. Every change the AI proposes lands in a private preview first. Nothing goes live unless you click Publish. You can also reject any change and we throw it away.
What if the AI gets something wrong?: Reject it or reply in the chat to refine. The AI re-runs with your feedback. If something does go live and you don't like it, every change is reversible.
What kinds of changes can it actually do?: On the Marketing tier: text updates, layout changes, colors, fonts, photos, hours/pricing/menus — anything content. On Interactive: add forms, bookings, and a simple owner dashboard. On Portal: customer logins, member areas, and e-commerce-style flows. You pick the tier that matches what you need.
What's the difference between the tiers?: Marketing ($15/mo) is a maintained brochure site. Interactive ($35/mo) adds forms, bookings, and an owner dashboard with real data. Portal ($75/mo) adds customer accounts with magic-link login. Each tier includes a monthly pool of agent edits — 50 / 100 / 250 — and you can switch anytime.
Can I use my own domain?: Yes. You start on a TinkerChat subdomain. Connect a domain you already own for a $25 one-time setup, or have us register and fully manage one for $25/yr. Annual plans include the first domain free.
Is my data safe?: Yes. Each customer's site is isolated. Backups run automatically. Your content is yours — exportable on demand.
