Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What if the agent can't do what I want?
Most marketing-site changes work out of the box. For bigger asks (a portal, payments, customer accounts), you may need to upgrade to Interactive or Portal. If something is genuinely out of scope, we'll tell you upfront.
Do you charge for the free preview?
No. The first preview, hosted on a trystoop.com subdomain, is free forever. You only pay when you want to publish to your own domain or use the higher tiers.
Refund policy?
7-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans. Annual plans are prorated for the unused months.
